Annagram Team are specialists in the selling and letting of homes and property in and around Axbridge and Cheddar. With two centrally located offices and our membership of the Team network of estate agents, we are able to offer your home for sale right across the Somerset and Bristol area.
Owned by its three partners, Neil Jenkin, Sue Iles and Edward Creswick, Annagram Team offer a bespoke personal and professional service whether you are selling, letting or purchasing your home.
Neil Jenkin
After leaving agricultural college, Neil originally started his working life in the sales and customer service industry with experience gained through employment with several national companies around the UK. A change of career came with acceptance into the military with seven years service before leaving to enter estate agency. In 2002, after the formation of Annagram Property Services by Neil and partner Sue Iles, Neil gravitated toward the lettings side of the business. He now has responsibility for the busy rental department, based in our Axbridge office, and is able assisted by two administrative assistants who look after the day to day management of the rental property portfolio. This enables Neil to allocate many hours each year to attending relevant industry courses, ensuring that he keeps up to date with the latest legislation and that our Landlords? compliance within new regulations is guaranteed. Neil is presently also working towards ARLA certification. On a more personal note, Neil and Sue live in Cheddar and have a busy life together, both with the business and with their three children who all attend local schools.
Edward Creswick
Edward started his estate agency career in Burnham on Sea as a trainee negotiator for Blackhorse Agencies in 1988 aged just 17. In 1991 he became assistant manager at the newly opened CJ Hole branch in Burnham. His success at Burnham earned him promotion in 1994 to manager of the company?s Worle office. Ed, who was one of the company?s youngest ever managers, took the office to a top 3 place in the office of the year awards after just 18 months. He returned to CJ Hole Burnham in 1996 and managed their office for a further 7 years. In 2003 he was asked to join Michael Applegate and partners where he helped the company retain their status as market leaders in the town. In 2006 Edward welcomed the opportunity of joining Annagram Team as a Director and is presently based in our Cheddar office overseeing the Sales Department and looking forward to the many challenges ahead. Ed is married to Kirsteen, who can often be found helping out in the office when the need arises. They presently live in Burnham On Sea with their young family.
Sue Iles
A founding partner of Annagram Team, Sue began her estate agency career in 1997 working as a trainee negotiator for Abbott and Frost in Burnham on Sea. Promotion followed within 12 months and Sue thoroughly enjoyed her new role as negotiator within the company. In 2000, thanks to the generosity of her employer Julian Frost at Abbott & Frost, Sue was given a twelve month sabbatical from her position within the company and moved 4500 miles away to the United States to pursue the opportunity to sell real estate in Florida., Sue thrived on both the challenge and the lifestyle and quickly established herself as the number one sales person selling new build condominiums for C21 Iles Realtors in the Indian Rocks Beach area. Sadly, all good things must come to an end! At the end of the year Sue returned to the UK and to her previous position with Abbott & Frost. Soon a new vacancy arose which saw her quickly promoted to Senior Negotiator, a position which she thoroughly enjoyed. However, the chance to build a business for themselves proved irresistible and so on July 1st 2002, just six weeks after the birth of Neil and Sue?s daughter Anna, their new estate agency business called ?Annagram? was also born. (Named, of course, in honour of Anna - for anyone wondering about our name!). For Sue, life is certainly hectic, managing a busy business; the busy social lives of three growing children; and maintaining a non-competitive working and personal relationship with partner Neil!
